St. Christopher, Wain Cat

Thursday's post somehow didn't make it up, so here it is along with today's. The Dürer is a special request from my friend Liz. I feel a little awful using Louis Wain's work, as his life story is a tragic one, but considering that all his illustrations are of kittehs in various psychedelic poses, I just couldn't resist. (Unfortunately, given his history, it's nigh-impossible to assign titles or dates to his later works, so I'll just dredge up what I can. If you have information, please share.)
